This place was exceptional for a family stay. The staff were like family, so friendly and they really went out of their way to make us feel at home. The breakfast was a highlight too, such a wide choice that even the kids were satisfied.

It wasn't the cheapest option, but for the quality, it was quite acceptable.

The large, comfortable room was equipped with air conditioning, a microwave, and a generous TV, offering great amenities for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a range of freshly cooked options alongside friendly service from the staff. The proximity to a peaceful canal for walks and the tube station just a short walk away made access to central London easy and enjoyable.

Only downside was the parking situation. it can get tricky since there are limited spaces and we had to park a bit further away.

The café served an epic Manchego ratatouille that had us dreaming about it later! Plus, the rooftop terrace for drinks was a vibe, and the full English breakfast hit the spot. Seriously top-notch!

The clean and modern décor really stood out, making the spaces feel inviting. With comfy beds and excellent showers, the rooms provided a strong level of comfort that made the stay enjoyable.

Despite a pleasant stay, the lack of mirrors above the dressing tables proved tricky for hair and makeup, not to mention the slippery shower floor that could use a bath mat. the duvet felt slightly small for the bed, which might bother some guests seeking extra coverage. The absence of a traditional reception can be confusing, as check-in happens at the café counter, and it’s also a bit of a trek to the nearest tube station, making access to central London less convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this place with our family and small dog! The location is super convenient for exploring central London, and it was just a short journey to Wembley. The facilities were well-equipped, and we enjoyed some downtime playing pool in the bar.

My kids wished there was a larger play area for them to enjoy after a long day of sightseeing.
